Qazi Builders provide a complete range of building, refurbishment and property improvement services across Bradford and the surrounding areas. We work with private homeowners, landlords and local authorities, with a strong focus on Disabled Facility Grant projects carried out to approved frameworks and standards.

Disabled Facility Grant and Bathroom Adaptations
We specialise in Disabled Facility Grant work, delivering fully compliant adaptations designed to improve safety, accessibility and independence within the home. All work is completed in line with local authority requirements and includes the relevant certification and documentation.
This includes the design and installation of accessible bathrooms and wet rooms, non-slip and Altro flooring, wall and floor tiling, electric, thermostatic and power showers, shower enclosures and adapted bathroom suites. We also install extractor fans, spot lighting and uPVC cladding to ensure bathrooms are practical, durable and easy to maintain.
Kitchen Installation and Adaptations
We carry out full kitchen installations and refurbishments, including adapted kitchens where required as part of a grant-funded project. This covers kitchen fitting, appliance installation, tiling and cladding. We work closely with clients and project managers to ensure layouts are functional, safe and compliant with approved designs.
Roofing and Loft Conversions
Our team undertakes all types of roofing work, from minor repairs through to full re-roofing projects. We work on pitched and flat roofs, roof valleys and skylight installations, using a wide range of materials including slate, tiles, fibreglass and rubber felt.
We also carry out loft conversions and roof alterations where approved, ensuring all structural work is completed with step by step approval from local building control.
Dormer Construction and Repairs
We design, build and repair dormers, including new dormer construction, cosmetic upgrades and structural extensions. Existing dormers can be repaired or re-roofed using durable materials such as rubber felt or fibreglass to improve weather resistance and longevity.
Chimney Works
We provide a full chimney service, including chimney pot replacement, repointing, lead flashing replacement and chimney stack removal. Where required, we also carry out internal chimney breast removal in line with structural and building control requirements.
General Building and Property Services
Alongside our specialist works, we offer a wide range of general building and maintenance services. This includes plumbing works such as central heating and drainage, domestic electrical work carried out to Part P standards, plastering, joinery, staircase installation, rendering, pointing and pebble dashing.
